We also accept orders sent to us directly by mail and paid via paypal, please check out our shipping rates below and send us the detail of items and quantity you want + your adress and we figure it out !
Shipping :
Consider : our vinyls are not shrink wrap cause it’s too much risk of warping the records, plus let’s use less plastic on this planet.
Records are clean, packing seriously and with security in special double cardboard records.
- Shipping will be managed in 2 sessions :
– Pre-Orders made BEFORE March 20th will be shipped March the 23th.
– Orders made AFTER March 20th will be shipped July the 1st.
- PRICE : Shipping for 1 LP from France :
– TO FRANCE : 8€
– TO SWITZERLAND : 12€
– TO UK : 19€
– TO UE : 16€
– TO OUTSIDE UE : 32€
We will email you the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
- Shipping to France :
We ship via La Poste, it usually takes 4 – 8 days to arrive.
- Shipping out of France :
We ship orders outside of France via La Poste too, usually takes 8 – 20 days to arrive. Customs duties for shipping is included in the price so you are not supposed to pay some more!
If you absolutely need to have your order shipped another way, please email us and we’ll figure it out.
- What if your order has not arrived yet ?
Your patience is very much appreciated since we are a small structure.
If you have not received your package within 30 days of shipping announcement, Please email us at symbolerecords@gmail.com
We will track your package, figure out what is wrong and contact you back as soon as possible.
– In the case that your package was sent back to SYMBOLE we will contact you when the package arrives and discuss further action.
If your package was returned because of a mistake of our part, we will confirm with you and then attempt to resend the package.
If your package was returned because you have provided an inaccurate address (ie, you moved and did not update address, provided a wrong address) or you did not pick up your package from your post office/failed to accept package when it was delivered, and still want your order, we will require that you pay additional shipping costs to resend the package. - Sales are final on orders.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements unless you received a damaged or defective item, if so please send a picture of the damage at symbolerecords@gmail.com with your order confirmation email. We will arrange the situation the best we can.

Film, television, and other music usage requests are welcome and SYMBOLE executes all master recording licenses, + some synchronization licenses. We require the artist’s & band’s approval for all usages of the music.
